Various downtown restaurants in Bismarck will be participating in a Burger Slam throughout the month of January.
Competing restaurants will create their own unique burger, only available during the burger slam, and customers can rate each burger they try, based on five categories: patty, bun, toppings, creativity, and customer service. The burger with the highest ranking wins, and the restaurant gets a WWE championship belt and a year's worth of bragging rights.
