Guided State Capitol tour operations will be expanded with the following schedule through Labor Day, September 1:
Monday through Friday - 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm
Saturdays and holidays - noon, 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm
Special requests for groups such as tour busses will be scheduled when possible.
Outdoor walking tours of the Capitol grounds will be offered on the first Monday of every month (June 2, July 7, and August 4) at 6:00 pm starting near the main (south) entrance to the Capitol.
Walk-ins are welcome! Please check-in at the Information Desk, located on the ground floor of the State Capitol.
Large groups are encouraged to call ahead and schedule a tour or complete the tour request form.
Free visitor parking is available on the south side of the Capitol in the east parking lot (north of the State Library and adjacent to the south entrance).
All visitors should use the public entrance, on the south side of the Capitol. For security purposes, the south doors are available as the only public entrance at times.
