Fin AYCE Asian Cuisine officially opened its doors on June 12th, 2025, with a bold mission: to redefine the All-You-Can-Eat experience through emotional intelligence, full-service hospitality, and mindful menu design. Fin is the sister restaurant to Kobe’s Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, a beloved local favorite in Bismarck known for its teppanyaki experience, consistency, and community connection. Together, we are building a new chapter in Asian dining, where tradition meets innovation.

Fin offers a full-service All-You-Can-Eat dining experience, with made-to-order sushi, Thai entrées, appetizers, and wellness-friendly options including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. Guests enjoy personalized service—no buffet, no order slips—just great food brought directly to the table, round after round. We also offer catering, take out and delivery services.
