This pizza is 100% us! We created a crispy this 18" crust with our own dough recipe, made fresh daily. Then, we perfected our sauce with just the right amount of zing. Our pepperoni is sliced fresh and our delicious sausage is also made fresh. We use 100% mozzarella cheese.
Our name has a fun story behind it. A past Midway Lanes bowler, Italian, Billy Roberts would tell the story of how Fotza Mozzaroni was the Italian way of saying, "I left the ten pin." However, we found out it does not mean that at all. But the name grew on us and it stuck. Plus, it's fun to say!
